Big Boone Supply Co. provides tracked standard shipping for TimberBite orders within the continental United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

The current delivery estimate is displayed at checkout. Weekends, U.S. holidays, address verification, high order volume, and carrier disruptions can affect processing or delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment. Allow carrier systems time to display the first scan. You can also review available order information through your customer account.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or it arrives damaged, submit a request through the Contact Us page with your order number. We will review the shipment and available carrier information.
