Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your TimberBite arrives damaged, appears defective, or is not the item ordered, contact us promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when available so we can review the request.
What is not covered
Support does not cover normal wear, consumable grinding-head wear, misuse, modification, improper storage or maintenance, use contrary to the safety instructions, or cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
