These Terms of Service govern use of the Big Boone Supply Co. storefront and purchases of TimberBite™. Big Boone Supply Co. is operated by AccuraPrime Brands LLC.

Online store terms

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. Provide accurate billing, shipping, and account information and do not interfere with the store, upload malicious code, or misuse its content.

Products, pricing, and orders

Product descriptions, availability, prices, promotions, and shipping estimates may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject fraudulent or unauthorized orders, or cancel an order and issue any applicable refund.

Product use and safety

TimberBite is a chainsaw-chain maintenance tool. Switch off and secure the chainsaw, disconnect its power source where applicable, use suitable protective equipment, and follow the product instructions before maintenance. Stop using the tool if it cannot be mounted securely or if any component is damaged.

Payment and fulfillment

Payments are processed through the methods shown at Shopify Checkout. Shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds are governed by the policies linked in the store footer and checkout.

Intellectual property

The Big Boone Supply Co. and TimberBite names, storefront design, copy, graphics, and other original content may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission, except where allowed by law.

Third-party services

The store may use services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Severability and governing law

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms are governed by applicable United States and New Mexico law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
